Yet another great customer service from Costco. You can accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards through your retail, mail, phone, or internet business, taking advantage of great low rates and fees. Merchant Services are provided through Nova Information Systems, one of the largest bankcard transaction processors in the US. Rates range from 1.65% plus $.20 per transaction for retail, 1.99% plus $.27 per transaction for mail and phone order sales. Plus, if you're already a Costco Executive Member your application fee and monthly statement fee will be waived. Internet processing solutions are available. American Express, Discover, and debit card processing available at an additional cost.
